Learn about various alerting devices which vibrate and/or flash lights to alert people who have hearing loss of events such as a baby crying, a phone ringing a knock on the door or an alarm or timer going off. Learn about things to consider to help you make a smart decision about what will work for you! The presenters, Tony Ferack and Liz Kobylak are both people who have been living with hearing loss for decades and are trained volunteer Hearing Technology Resource Specialists (HTRS) with Hearing Loss Association of America - Michigan Chapter (HLAA-MI).
